The model candidate is detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle a fast-paced workload and deliver a superior level of customer service.
Work Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm.
Qualifications:
Must be available to work approximately 30 hours per week Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organization skills and ability to prioritize and initiative to accommodate workflow Experience using Canva Responsibilities include:
Answer the phone and direct calls to appropriate team members Manage the general office inbox via Outlook Greet all prospects, visitors, and residents as they enter or call the office Support and assist in planning of all Chamber events Maintain and update all relevant Chamber information on website as needed Update calendar and event pages Assist with social media All Frankfort Chamber of Commerce staff must be versatile and capable of performing many jobs, separate or in addition to their specific job descriptions.
Chamber staff is to provide full cooperation to assist other with duties and responsibilities for special events, deadlines, meetings etc.
