We are looking for someone who has a great personality, can multi-task many different responsibilities at once, can handle clientele with professionalism, keep positive, and wear many hats in a fast moving, busy medical office environment.
Main responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients Answer phone and Schedule appointments Guiding patients to there designated treatment rooms and areas of the clinic Overseeing therapies for patients New patient intake procedures and entering into EHR software Keep track of patient records in software Verify Insurance benefits and go over with the patients Operate and manage Cryo Therapy/Recovery area of the office Keep an eye on children while parents are with the doctor Helping clean up at the end of the day Help with Social Media/Video marketing Chiropractic office experience preferred, but not necessary.
Will train on our computer system.
Pay depending on experience.
