We have three convenient locations in Bourbonnais, Frankfort, and Watseka and are dedicated to serving the community with the most advanced orthopedic care.
The Scribe/Medical Assistant may occasionally be asked travel to all 3 locations on a regular basis.

Essential job duties:
Act as Scribe for physician while in clinic.
Escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs, including height, weight, blood pressure, and document all information in EMR system.
Keep exam room stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, and prepare sterilization as required.
Assist physician and/or physician assistant, nurse practitioner in patient exam rooms Ensure all related reports, labs, and information is filed and available in patient's medical record.
Document for physician before, during, and after an exam Knowledge of orthopedic terminology Previous scribe experience preferred but not required.
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday.
We do work occasional evenings and Saturday mornings.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
