Looking for Night Audit / 3rd Shift 8pm-6am Sybaris Pool Suites of Frankfort, IL is in search of Sales Representatives to to be available for all shifts from Day to Night Auditor to join our Customer Service team.
Ideal candidate must generate sales, provide professional & friendly customer service, follow company policies & procedures and be punctual.
Must deliver a high level of service to all Sybaris Members in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications include:
Professional & Pleasant phone personality is a must; Smiling, friendly demeanor.
Must have the ability to comprehend and follow company sales procedures in compliance with company standards.
Computer experience required.
Microsoft Office.
Professional appearance, compliance with company dress code.
The candidate must have the ability to speak, read and perform written correspondence clearly and concisely in English.
Have proven sales experience.
Ability to relate to customers and co-workers in a courteous and helpful manner.
Display diplomacy and empathy when handling customer problems and issues.
Must be detail minded and have the ability to resolve customer complaints.
Must possess common sense, good judgment, and ethical behavior.
Ability to remain pleasant and calm during stressful situations.
Flexibility in days and hours available for work.
Must be available weekends, holidays and evenings.

00pm to 7:
00am Physical Demands -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk outside in any weather to conduct property tours and perform repetitive motions.
Listening and ability to communicate.
Visual acuity is required.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
