Manhattan-Monee Rd Frankfort, IL 60423 COURSE DESCRIPTION Open year round, SPG Green Garden Country Club is a located in Frankfort Illinois, just a 45-minute drive southwest from downtown Chicago.
The 450-acre property encompasses two 18-hole golf courses and one 9-hole links course.
The setting is Ideal for both general play and large outings.
In addition, the facility has an indoor driving range.
This allows golfers to sharpen their skills throughout the winter months.
RESTAURANT The current restaurant will be transitioning to its own entity, the captive audience that is SPG Green Garden Country Club.
In addition, the restaurant will facilitate food and beverage services in the golf dome.
This transition will occur Summer 2023 and will boast all new protocol and an exciting new menu.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out administrative duties such as the following:
filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
Write and distribute emails, corresponding memos, letters, faxes, and forms Maintain contact lists Provide general support to Management Update and maintain office policies and procedures Organize and prepare payables for accounting department Maintaining a positive and cohesive work environment.
Ability, willingness to execute errands with personal vehicle EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Associate's degree and or, 2 years experience in administration/accounting Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and complete tasks in a timely manner Ability to communicate effectively COMPENSATION/BENEFITS $17-$21 per hour Golfing privileges Discounted food and beverage.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
