Responsibilities include:
answering phones, scheduling, insurance benefits verification, monitoring Weave texting platform, greet patients, check in/out patients, presenting treatment plans to patients, explaining insurance copays, submitting preauthorizations, submitting insurance claims, outstanding claims follow up, outstanding treatment follow up, etc.
Pay is based upon experience.
