75 an hour 22 hours ago 22 hours ago 22 hours ago StretchLab Frankfort is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant Sales Associate to drive sales, run our social media platforms, and support operations for our Frankfort studio! The job will offer the opportunity to grow, as we are a fast growing company with 2 studios open and 2 more on the way! POSITION:
The ideal Administrative Assistant Sales Associate (AASA) will be responsible for generating membership sales, assistant members and inquiring prospective members, handling social media accounts ,and overseeing some studio functionality.
Day-to-Day Operations/Duties:
Respond to inquiring/expressed interested emails Promote discounted stretch specials Phone handling Data Entry Process memberships Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro Stretch Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts Supervise Flexologists Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
Independently make decisions related to high level customer service Collect out-standing dues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions Participate in Marketing events within the community Any other duties as assigned Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus COMPENSATION &
