Prestwick Country Club Prestwick Country Club Frankfort, IL Frankfort, IL Part-time Part-time $14 an hour $14 an hour Duties - Assist customers in the shop with their inquiries and purchases - Provide excellent customer service and ensure all members needs are met - Maintain a clean and organized shop environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions - Handle cash and process payments accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries - Communicate effectively with members to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations Skills - Strong phone etiquette skills to handle member inquiries over the phone - Excellent communication skills to interact with members in a friendly and professional manner - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple members simultaneously - Knowledge of electronics sales to provide accurate product information and recommendations - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales transactions Job Type:
