Responsibilities:
Take meaningful data under the direction of the BCBA Graph data With guidance from the BCBA, make mild program decisions.
Model principles of ABA and interventions with staff Help train new team members Overlap with members of the team and provide feedback Attend IEP meetings and team meetings as appropriate Meet with all members of the team to discuss progress Communicate with parents and guardians Attend supervision meetings and team meetings Probe skills as instructed by the BCBA Help create notes and reports in collaboration with the BCBA Functions as part of the crisis team Strong collaboration skills Willingness to work with a team Job Type:
