- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar and service areas - Handle cash transactions and operate POS stations.
Square experience is a plus - Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations - Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquet events or catering services - Stay updated on current beverage trends and new drink recipes Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a bartender or server - Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Strong math skills, including the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and calculate tips - Familiarity with retail math for inventory management purposes - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling various forms of payment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes - Understanding of the food industry, including food pairing recommendations- Currently have a Basset certification or can obtain one.
