Position Overview:
The Construction Office Assistant will be responsible for purchasing the materials from our vendors; typing and processing proposals and change orders; scheduling trades; and typing documents for the owner.
Responsibilities:
- greet guests that walk into our design center - tour guests in our showroom - answer phones and route calls - perform receptionist duties (includes scanning documents into computer system, typing client selections and lighting schedules into Excel) Job Type:
