- Conduct Barre classes and programs - Provide personalized instruction and guidance to participants based on their fitness levels and goals - Educate participants on proper body mechanics, form, and technique to ensure safe and effective workouts - Demonstrate a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and exercise science principles - Create engaging and dynamic workouts that cater to the needs of diverse individuals - Motivate and inspire participants to push their limits and achieve optimal results - Offer modifications and alternatives for exercises to accommodate different fitness levels or limitations - Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience teaching Barre - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate participants - Proven track record in delivering high-quality fitness instruction with positive results - Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
