We're looking for a Night Time Manager to lead our closing team and ensure our customers leave with a happy buzz.
Position Overview:
As our Night Time Manager, you'll be the captain of the ship during the late hours, making sure everything runs smoothly before we hang up our aprons for the day.
From overseeing closing procedures to keeping the donut-making magic alive, you'll be the one making it all happen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage closing operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and equipment shutdown.
- Lead and inspire a team of night owls to deliver top-notch service and keep the store sparkling clean.
- Uphold Dunkin Donuts' high standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues with grace and efficiency, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
- Take charge of training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements and hit performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
- Natural leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and guiding a team.
- Stellar communication skills, both with customers and fellow team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays because who doesn't love a late-night donut run - Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
