This is the vintage stove you've been waiting for! A 1960's-era Tappan electric oven with a countertop stove drawer--the stove pulls out for cooking, then disappears when you push it in, turning it into useful extra countertop space (just the wood part shows, blending in like a butcher block countertop). They don't make this sort-of design anymore. This has an oven (left) AND a rotisserie oven (right). Super-chic midcentury lines and brightness. Tappan was a very high-end brand back in the day, and these ovens are rare. Has all the knobs and buttons, and very clean overall. CONDITION: The oven is pictured when it was installed. It is now removed from the wall and taken apart (easily puts back together--i.e., lightbulbs, stove grill plates, oven shelves, etc. just pulled out, the outer shell is still all together). When it was removed (shortly after the photo of when it was in the wall), one burner and the main oven were not working. I think the timer might have also been out, but not sure. Since this is an ELECTRIC oven (not gas), I think the oven is easily fixable by an electrician and/or buying new, plug-in parts, which are readily available here on Ebay and elsewhere. There also was faux wood paneling stuck to the outer side of the oven, which is now peeling off--new buyer may have to stick some other covering on that side. I think it is 42" wide, but will double-check measurements, and change here if wrong. This is LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY from the SW Chicago suburbs or south side of the city, will not ship (much too heavy and big). All sales final!
